BOB KUPEC has been a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey since 2001, providing residential real estate valuations in the following Counties: Essex, Union, and Morris. Appraising a wide variety of complex residential properties including: Single Family Dwellings, Condominiums, Co-ops, 2-4 Family Units and Vacant Land adhering to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. He has a proven track record for determining fair market values, timely delivery, and cost management in the appraisal process. He is State Certified as well as FHA approved.
Prior to 2001, Bob worked in the communications industry with ATT/ Lucent Technologies as the Director of End User Marketing in the Wireless Industry. He has lived in Short Hills for the past 20 years and has a strong working knowledge of the surrounding area through his involvement with the Suburban Chamber of Commerce, the Millburn Chamber of Commerce, and the Millburn Cable TV Committee.
